
The Computer Support Technician program provides students with the basic knowledge and hands-on practical skills in software applications, databases, internet, operating systems, hardware and software support/service, and basic networking. Our program explores the different situations that a student may have to deal with when it comes to human relations and customer service while also imparting the skills and expertise necessary to work with word processing, spreadsheet/excel, database/access, power point and more!
